1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the MYONEX LAB website operated by MYONEX LAB LTD (“we”, “us”). By using the site, you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. The website

This site is an informational company presence. It describes artificial muscle technology and possible uses in robotics, prosthetics, and exoskeletons. It is not an online store, a product configurator, or a portal for placing orders.

3. No offer and no advice

Nothing on this site is an offer to sell securities, a solicitation of investment, or legal, medical, or engineering advice. Mentions of partners and investors are invitations to contact us, not a public offering. Performance, timelines, and product capabilities may change as the technology develops.

4. Intellectual property

The MYONEX LAB name, logo, page designs, photographs, renders, and written copy are owned by us or used with permission. You may view them for personal or internal evaluation. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or reuse our materials, trademarks, or technology descriptions for commercial purposes without written consent.

“Sarcomite”, related architecture descriptions, and any patent filings referenced on the site remain our intellectual property or that of our licensors.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Interfere with the site or attempt unauthorised access.
• Use the site to send spam, malware, or deceptive content.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.
• Use our content to train public models or datasets unless we have agreed in writing.

6. Careers and CVs

Openings, if any, are described on the Careers page. Sending a CV does not create an employment relationship or an obligation to reply, interview, or retain the file beyond our recruitment process. Do not include information we have not asked for, such as government ID numbers or health data.

7. Third-party links

Links to other sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or availability.

8. Accuracy

We aim to keep the site accurate. Technology pages, images, and company facts may be simplified for a general audience. We may update or withdraw content at any time without notice.

9. Disclaimer

Our total liability for claims relating to the site will not exceed AED 500, except where liability cannot be limited.

You will indemnify MYONEX LAB LTD against claims, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, excluding conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Abu Dhabi have exclusive venue, except where applicable consumer law gives you a right to sue elsewhere.

13. Changes

We may revise these terms. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we publish a revision.
